We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.
 
Return Rules and Restrictions:
 
Shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Care Department at (816) 965-0660.
 
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
 
Returning or Exchanging a Purchase at Our Retail Store:
 
The Leather Collection reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:
 
If you receive a damaged or defective item, immediately return the item to our store by following the Return Instructions on the packing slip. Check "Damaged / Defective" when indicating the reason for your return and provide comments if necessary.
 
To order a replacement item, you must place a new order. You may do this at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot automatically reorder a new item for you, so this action must be taken on your part. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Money-Back Guarantee:
 
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the unworn / unused item within 90 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other additional charges.
 
Please note: The item must be unworn and undamaged, in the original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy. For more information, see our Return Instructions.

Cancellations:
 
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • Duplicate order was placed

Delivery of Your Items:
 
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 3 - 10 full business days depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States.
 
Please be aware that items shipped from the United States into Canada may require additional delivery time because of increased security measures at border crossing points.
 
When your order is delivered, you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear, however, if damage did occur, follow these steps:
 
Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records.
 
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Care specialist immediately by calling 816-965-0660. Please have your order number available when you call.

Item Availability:
 
In-Stock Items:
 
Your in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
 
For example, if you order an in-stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1 - 2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday - Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Back-Ordered Items:
 
Back-ordered items are items that are not yet in stock. A back-ordered item is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
 
Please note: After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address

Returns & Exchanges:
 
Returns and exchanges will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. All refunds are issued store credit only! Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Call 816-965-0660 to request a Return Authorization (RA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RA. You must return all items within 30 days of receiving them. The items will be inspected for appropriate resale (not used, original packaging, etc.) before the refund is issued. Credits usually take 7 - 10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). We will gladly exchange items. Return the items with a copy of your invoice. Please list sizes and / or colors you would like in exchange on the invoice. A shipping fee of $5.99 to $13.99 will be charged to send the new items back to you if they were shipped correctly. Please allow up to five business days for exchanges to be processed after receipt of the exchange.
 
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for close-out items.

Mail Returns:
 
Warranty Claims: We will assist with warranty issues, however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and / or processing.
 
1. All returns must be in new condition and include all original manufacturer packaging.
 
2. Call 816-965-0660 to request a Return Authorization (RA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RA.
 
3. Please request your RA within 30 days from the day you receive your order. RA requests after 30 days are at our discretion.
 
4. Returns must be received within 30 days of the RA issue date.
 
5. For exchanges, please print a copy of your invoice and write down what color / size you would like.
